About Us

Shirley Wakelin is an experienced coach and facilitator with a background of 20 years in the Pharmaceutical industry. Building on her own experience, and that of her clients, she has a sound understanding of complex organisational systems and working with culturally diverse and cross-functional matrix teams.

Shirley works with Leaders, Teams and Organisations going through change. She's developed a keen interest in the future of work; how the workplace is evolving and adapting to the rapidly changing landscape as technology advances and millennials/gen z enter the workplace. Shirley is particularly curious about employee engagement and productivity, and the challenges involved with shaping a winning culture. She believes the 'how' work is as important as 'what' we do.

Shirley has Certificates in Professional Coaching Skills and Team Coaching. She's an accredited facilitator of Team Emotional Intelligence and the Harrison Assessment Tool, a behavioural preference profiler.
